At 6.10am on Wednesday 15th July 2020, Dad went to be with the Lord. Joe and I were with him and it was a beautiful, peaceful ending. We spent the night singing over him, praising God, reading psalms to him, thanking him for all he's done, telling him we love him. His breathing slowed down when he heard Mum was on her way. Joe and I stroked his hair and encouraged him to go, to fly free. God gave me a word at the start of this awful journey, "Joy comes in the morning" and it certainly did ... Dad will be dancing around in heaven, pain free, tall and strong. Good night my wonderful Dad. Love from Diane (aka Dandy) xxx
